TERMS AND CONDITIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY

In principle, the “General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006” apply to all bookings. At Sein, we also offer you the option of canceling free of charge up to 7 days before check-in. For later cancellations, the full amount will be charged.  During the booking process, you can add cancellation insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung if you wish. Apart from that, please feel free to contact us if you are unsure about your trip (first “parental leave,” sick or dependent relatives) – we will of course make a note of this.

BARRIER-FREE

The parking lot provides barrier-free access to the building and the 1st and 2nd floors.

Suite 7 is equipped with an accessible toilet.

BATHROBES & TOWELS

Fluffy towels and cozy bathrobes are available for your use during your stay. Please contact us if you would like fresh towels or bed linen, Monday through Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

BUS & TRAIN

There are two bus stops within walking distance (approx. 3 minutes) in the direction of Vorder- or Hintertal. For more information, visit the Austrian Postbus website “Scotty.” www.fahrplan.oebb.at

BIKE WORKSHOP & SKI SERVICE ROOM

For minor repairs to your bikes, we have equipped a workshop with all the necessary accessories. In winter, you are welcome to have your skis serviced here. In the adjoining outdoor area, you can also thoroughly clean your bike with a small high-pressure cleaner.

BIKE & SKI STORAGE ON THE GROUND FLOOR

Each suite has a spacious, lockable storage room included in the price, which you can open and close with your individually programmed access chip. Your belongings are stored in a locked room and insured against theft for up to €25,000.

In summer, you can store your (e-)bike and other sports equipment safely.

In winter, you will find ski boot warmers and a clothes rack for your comfort. We kindly ask you to use the direct access through the street-side door and to store your ski or hiking equipment in the bike & ski depot. Please store them there and do not take them to your suite. Just slip into your cozy (pre-warmed!) slippers.

SHOP

In our small self-service lobby shop, you can shop 24/7 for selected wines, beers, soft drinks, fine ingredients for your kitchen, delicious ready meals fresh from our local butcher kitchen, chilled or unchilled items, and lovingly selected snacks. Payment is by credit card only.

ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING STATIONS

You can charge your car at five charging stations in the carports.

Payment is made directly at the cash register terminal by credit card.
